Inspiration comes for me from the ambiguity and mystery present in everyday life, unpredictable circumstances and coincidence. I seek to capture these moments of unexpected beauty and strangeness, when specificity leads to ambiguity, accentuating the familiar/alien dichotomy inherent in the mundane.
